FEES

Enigma PI is fully licensed, very experienced and offers exemplary service to all our clients. The cost for services is dependant on many factors, including but not limited to the type of service you require, and the amount of detail you can initially provide for the person of interest. These fees are extremely competitive.

Fees are determined according to;

1. the time that will be necessary to complete the investigation, and,

2. the skillset required to ensure that the investigation is thoroughly and exhaustively concluded.

Payment of all fees can be divided into two-part payments, with the initial payment due prior to the commencement of the investigation, and the remaining payment required upon completion of the investigation and prior to the findings being sent to you.

TIMEFRAMES

We endeavour to send our skip tracing findings to you within 10 business days from the commencement date, as all discovered data is compared and confirmed across multiple sources and will sometimes require requests for information from external entities.

For Identity & Family History services we aim to complete investigations within 30 days, as these types of services are laborious, require a high level of skill and diligence, and require requests for data from external sources.

All investigations commence upon receipt of payment, whether that be a pre-organised part-payment or payment in full.
